While putting Paxten to bed the other night she asked for water several times, so we walked over to her sink and she took 3 drinks of water from her little medicine cup. Later after I put her down in her crib she started asking for more water, but I knew she was just trying to stall going to bed:
P2: Water, water, water, water.
Me: No Pax, you just had some.
P2: More water, more water, more water.
Me: Paxten, no, it's night-night time. Good night.
P2: Water please.
Me: Water please! Good job baby girl! Okay, I'll get you some water.
(They always know just how to push my buttons.)
