Paxten was walking back and forth in our living room the other day, and then all of the sudden she started walking backwards for the first time, and she cackled and then started walking back and forth in our living room backwards. I remember when Presley first learned to walk backwards and it made her laugh too. My neighbor said the other day something to the effect of how every day babies see or do something that they have never done or seen before, and mentioned how amazing life must be to them, and I had never thought of it in that perspective before. The pictures below are of Paxten walking backwards. I love my always-learning something-new girls!
