Last weekend, we have a very nice time at The Woodshed. There was live music, the girls danced, their daddy and mommy drank, and we all just enjoyed the relaxing pace of showing up for dinner at 5pm on a Friday. The Woodshed is on the Trinity River, so after we ate, we decided to go down by the water to let the kids play, but as it got later, more and more kids started showing up, and then a funny thing happened. Presley went to play with a few girls her age who were 4 or 5, so Paxten decided to go play with a group of girls who were much older. One of them told me she was about to turn 10. The older girls were very sweet to Paxten, and it was a neat site.
