Animal Sounds Part Two

One of the first things that both P1 and P2 learned were animal sounds.  I actually had a post about P2 and her animal sounds here.  Paxten; however, has started doing something that makes me smile.
The other day when I was visiting my aunt's wonderful new house, we drove by several real live cows, and Paxten started saying "moooo."  The following day, Lora and I were driving in the car, and we passed a man who was walking his dogs, and Paxten started barking like a dog.  AND the next day as I was taking Paxten to day care, we passed two large colored statues of two cows that are in front of a local business, and guess what happened?  Yep, Paxten started mooing.  The funny thing about when she does this is that since she is still rear facing in her car seat, her noises come after we’ve passed the object she’s imitating.  So picture this, you’ll see a man walking his dogs in front of you, and then by the time you catch up to the man and his dogs and drive past them, it has been 10 seconds or so since you first saw them, and then you’ll hear the “woof, woof” of Paxten Parker.  You have to think to yourself, “what is she looking at?”  The other day we had NOT passed anything, but she was barking, and I realized her sippy cup had dogs on it.  Car rides are always more fun with my two smart girls and their animal sounds.
