We were having lunch at the house of some of my good high school friends last Sunday. The kids were in the other room eating at the kids' picnic table. The adults were in the kitchen. I looked back at the kids just in time to see Paxten Parker throw a piece of food off of her plate and to the floor and yell for "CADY" to come get it.
Cady's our dog who always eats any food that is dropped (or thrown) on the floor by the girls. She was at home. She didn't come get it, but Paxten made me smile.
