We know this because Lora took Presley to the doctor's office, and the doc diagnosed it and told us how to treat it.
Later that night:
Me: Here Presley let me put this cream on your arm.
P1: Can I do it?
Me: No I'm going to do it.
P1: But I wanna do it.
Me: Doctor Shori said that only Mommy and Daddy can put it on.
P1 (funny look, staring at me for a long 5 seconds): But Daddy, you didn't go to the Doctor's office? ? ?
Me: Mommy told me what she said.
P1: Oh, okay!
