The picture above is the baby sign language sign for "more." When Presley was a baby we taught her four or five of these signs, but "more" is the only thing we taught Paxten. Studies show that if a baby is too good at baby sign language that they won't talk as soon..... or maybe we just don't care if she knows baby sign language. Whatever the reason, Paxten only knows "more." Sunday afternoon we went to the grocery store as a family, and since Paxten isn't talking yet the only communication she can do is point and sign "more." Well apparently Pax was hungry because all she did the entire trip was point to stuff and sign "more" while making a lot of noise. It was funny. Lora would grab something to put in the basket and Pax would start signing "more," and then get so upset when it went into the basket instead of her mouth. It was a fun trip to the store.
P.S. We use two shopping carts, regardless of if we need a lot of items or not, so both girls can ride in a shopping cart, but the pic below is us leaving the store.
